Magda

Magda is one of the most talented barbers to have come through Shepherds Barbershop in Birmingham, and her journey here has been nothing short of impressive. Originally from Poland, Magda trained in Birmingham, earning her barbering degree in 2022 before joining the Shepherds team at Piccadilly Arcade in 2023.

Since joining Shepherds Barbershop, Magda has gone from strength to strength. Alongside her barbering expertise, she is a trained professional makeup artist — bringing an exceptional blend of creativity and precision to every client she works with. She has also undertaken the Vidal Sassoon cutting course through Shepherds, deepening her technical skills across both short and long hair techniques. Her success at Shepherds speaks for itself.

Magda is currently on maternity leave. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved here and wish her all the very best during this special time. We look forward to welcoming her back.

Outside the chair, Magda is an avid knitter, a devoted animal lover, she shares her home with a cat, a rabbit, and a hamster — and a regular yoga practitioner. She was also in the process of introducing a carefully curated range of men’s makeup products to her services at Shepherds Barbershop, something to look forward to on her return.
