We start with a hot towel to relax the scalp, then work in a rich lather with a brush.

From there, it’s all about steady hands and a sharp blade — taken with the grain first, then against, for that smooth, polished feel.

Once the shave’s done, a cold towel brings everything back down, followed by a bit of care to keep the skin calm.
